Dontcha Know is a Midwest IPA which lies between the styles of West Coast IPA and New England IPA. Using malts and hops typically found in a WCIPA but dialed down a bit. Hopping the beer, the way you would a NEIPA. This beer is those two styles meeting in the middle, or more accurately, the Midwest. Cheers!
