Cold IPA

What makes an IPA a Cold IPA? We took an IPA
recipe, swapped out the ale yeast with lager yeast
and cold fermented it to create a crisp and
refreshing finish. We then heavily dry hopped it to
ensure maximum tropical fruit hop flavour and
aroma without added bitterness, further promoting
its drinkability.
